Refund Policy

The Simple Version

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If my tool doesn't work for you, I don't want your money. You have 30 days to try it out. If it's not what you expected, email me and I'll refund you.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email me at [email protected]
2. Include your order number or the email you used to purchase
3. Optionally, tell me what went wrong (helps me improve)

That's it. I'll process your refund within 48 hours. The money will appear back in your account within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).

What's Covered

Eligible for refund:

• The tool doesn't work as advertised
• It doesn't run on your system (despite meeting requirements)
• You're just not happy with it
• You accidentally bought the wrong tool
• You found a critical bug that makes it unusable
• Any reason, really - it's "no questions asked"

What's NOT Covered

Can't refund if:

• More than 30 days have passed since purchase
• You've previously refunded the same product (no refund-rebuy cycles)
• The purchase was fraudulent (stolen card, etc.)
• You're requesting a refund for consulting/contract work (different policy applies)

Partial Refunds

I don't do partial refunds. It's either a full refund or no refund. This keeps things simple for both of us.

Bundle Purchases

If you bought multiple tools together at a discount:

• You can refund the entire bundle within 30 days
• Individual tools from a bundle cannot be refunded separately
• The entire bundle license will be revoked upon refund

Upgrade Purchases

If you upgraded from a previous version:

• The upgrade fee can be refunded within 30 days
• Your license will revert to the previous version
• The original purchase is not refundable if outside 30 days

Why 30 Days?

30 days gives you enough time to:

• Properly test the tool in your workflow
• Encounter and report any bugs
• Decide if it solves your problem
• Try it on different machines/setups

It's also short enough that I'm not worried about abuse. Most people know within a week if a tool works for them.

After 30 Days

Refunds after 30 days are at my discretion. I might still refund if:

• A critical bug appears that I can't fix
• The tool stops working due to an OS update
• There are exceptional circumstances

Just email me and explain the situation. I'm a reasonable person.

Chargebacks

Please contact me before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost me money and time. I'm happy to refund you directly - just ask!

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting me first, you'll be banned from future purchases.
