I want you to be happy with your purchase. If my tool doesn't work for you, I don't want your money. You have 30 days to try it out. If it's not what you expected, email me and I'll refund you.
That's it. I'll process your refund within 48 hours. The money will appear back in your account within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).

Note on License Revocation: When you receive a refund, your license is immediately deactivated. Please uninstall the software after receiving your refund.
I don't do partial refunds. It's either a full refund or no refund. This keeps things simple for both of us.

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting me first, you'll be banned from future purchases.
